Pingsters at Decoder Cafe Part 3: Lou Hei
If you think you have eaten Lou Hei before, and know how the process of how it starts and ends, think again! Today let the Pingsters show you how the new style of Lou Hei should be done!
First the boss gives out the fork
(chopsticks are outdated already)
Then everyone holds on to the fork and wait.
While Daphne pours and fill up the Yu Sheng with well wishes.
(Even 早生貴仔 was included loh!) - did i use the right characters? HA!
And the “Huat ah!” that comes after every 4 characters said.
When all the well wishes are in, its time to Lou ah!
And time to enjoy and feel the wishes that went into it…
Daphne had a long stripe of carrot…
Plaktor had an even longer one…
and just when we though his was the longest…
Uzyn, the boss, got the longest longest carrot stripe…
So long that he needed more help with it…
Open your lion mouth…
The tongue had to come out to help too…
Everyone had a blast at today’s gathering.
